Purpose
There shall be a Zoning Board of Adjustment, which, as heretofore constituted pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., and the Medford Development Ordinance, 1979-1, with specific reference to Article IV thereof, is continued with the functions, powers and duties prescribed by said statute and ordinance, except to the extent that the provisions of said ordinance are inconsistent herewith. The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall consist of seven members, appointed by the Township Council.
