Hazardous and Emergency Tree Removal Operations

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Clerk of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, for the services of Hazardous and Emergency Tree Removal Operations, on or before 10:30 A.M. prevailing time on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, and shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the office of the Township Clerk of the Township of Medford at 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey. Specifications and contract documents may be obtained from the Township of Medford, Office of the Township Clerk, 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday-Friday or via the Medford Township website at www.medfordtownship.com. Submissions must be on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the contract description on the outside, addressed to the Municipal Clerk of the Township of Medford. Bidders are to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. Seq. and P.L. 1975, C. 127. (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et. Seq.).

All bids shall be submitted only at the hours, date and place indicated above for receiving sealed bids. The Township will reject submissions for this Contract where vendors are not properly qualified in accordance with the requirements of the specifications. The right is also reserved to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Township of Medford. The Township shall have sixty (60) days within which to accept or reject bids. Submitted bidders shall be required to keep their bids open for that period of time and agree that they will not withdraw or reverse their prices therein. Advertisement For Bids - Supply Of Chemicals For Wastewater Treatment Plant

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township of Medford, Burlington County, New Jersey, for “2024-2025 Supply of Chemicals” (the “Project,” ERI #25001 30F), until 11:00 AM prevailing time on October 2, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the office of the Township Clerk at 49 Union Street, Medford, NJ, 08055.

Bids received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened.

The Project generally includes the supply of one (or multiple) of the following chemicals to Medford’s Wastewater Treatment Plant for the duration of twelve (12) to fourteen (14) months: Liquid Sodium Bisulfite, Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite, Liquid (gaseous) Chlorine, Corrosion Inhibitor, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Calcium Hypochlorite Tablets. Bidders do not need to include prices on all chemicals. The chemical supply bid will be awarded separately for each chemical.

Specifications, and contract documents for the proposed Project, prepared by Environmental Resolutions, Inc., Consulting Engineers, have been filed in the Office of the Township Engineer at 815 East Gate Drive – Suite 103, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during normal business hours.

Bidders may obtain copies of the specifications and contract documents from the Office of the Township Engineer upon payment of Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($50.00). Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions Inc. The payment for such documents is non-refundable. If the bidder requires the documents to be mailed to them, there is an additional Fifteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($15.00) fee for postage.
