Dear Residents,
We experienced a printing error in our most recent bills which indicate the month of February as the date meters were read along with the usage that coincides with the February date. We have sampled several bills and have confirmed that the billed amount is correct for fourth quarter of 2025 August reading date, however, the usage is not shown.
For those who pay their water bill on-line, the on-line version indicates the correct meter reading date.
We are working with our software vendor to identify the cause of the misprint.
