Dear Valued Customer:

PSE&G is currently conducting statewide electric reliability improvements to upgrade its utility infrastructure. These projects include work in existing stations, construction of new stations, and replacing aging equipment on sites. Construction crews will soon begin actively working on the PSE&G and public rights of way in Medford and Evesham as well as surrounding communities.  Please note:  PSE&G does not expect this project to cause any service interruptions.

Work will occur typically between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We expect this project to continue intermittently through December 2027.  Please note, there may also be weekend work, if necessary. Schedules are estimates, weather dependent, and subject to change

In advance of the overhead construction activities, we will trim and/or remove trees along the route in compliance with the Board of Public Utilities’ Vegetation Management Rules. This may include trees in the public right of way and on private property. If you are the owner of a tree on private property, you will be contacted by our Vegetation Management Department or one of our approved contractors.

Please note, all trees removed are eligible for a 2 to 1 replacement provided by PSE&G and its contractors. PSE&G has a Utility Friendly Tree List which we’ll be offering as replacements.

In March 2025, our crews and approved contractors will begin work along the following streets and areas in Medford and Evesham:

  • NJ Route-70 (Between Chairville Road and Morley Boulevard)
  • Evesboro-Medford Road (Between Old Marlton Pike and Sharp Road)
  • Sharp Road (Between Evesboro-Medford Road and Church Road)

Safety is our highest priority. Therefore, it is essential that you and everyone using your property, including children and pets, refrain from going near our construction work zones. As a local resident, you may be interested in this project and how it may impact you. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our toll-free number at 1-800-606-0045.

Sincerely,

PSE&G Public Affairs.
