April 2020 Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment
The next public meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment will take place on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, beginning at 5:30 pm
The next scheduled public meeting of the Planning Board will be Wednesday, May 27, 2020, beginning at 5:30 pm
Consistent with the requirements of Executive Orders from the State of New Jersey that limit public gatherings during the ongoing coronavirus emergency, the April 2020 public meetings of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment have been cancelled.
At this time, it is expected that the next public meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment will take place on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, beginning at 5:30 pm. Applications continued from the February 2020 Zoning Board meeting will be scheduled without the Applicant’s requirement to re-notice.
At this time, it is expected that the next public meeting of the Planning Board will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, beginning at 5:30 pm.
It is further expected that participation in the May Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings will be virtual meetings with remote participation and attendance in accordance with the Operational Guidance for Land Use Public Meetings issued by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services, Department of Community Affairs.
Additional notices of the date and time of the next Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings, together with instructions and information for remote public participation in the meetings, will be provided by the Township on the Township website, on the Township's official Facebook page, and in the published agendas of said meetings, in accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act.
