Medford Twp. & Woman's Club of Medford 6th annual Town-wide Yard Sale & Appreciation Event
set for Saturday, April 28th at Freedom Park
Goodwill Donation Truck also available at event
Medford Township and the Woman's Club of Medford invite all local residents and community groups to participate in its Sixth Annual Town Wide Yard Sale to be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Freedom Park, located at 86 Union Street.
There is no cost to participate in the Yard Sale, but items offered for sale should be "pre-loved", created from repurposed materials, or be plants. All sales and proceeds go to the participating individual or community group. Participants must provide their own table(s) and chairs for an approximate 10' x 10' location. Pre-registration is requested by April 21, 2018 to medfordwomansclub@gmail.com .
The Township's Environmental Affairs Advisory Committee will also be distributing FREE trees provided by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection under their Tree Recovery Program.
In addition, the Woman's Club of Medford, working along with students from Shawnee High School, will be conducting their annual spring clean-up in Freedom Park, working on the veterans memorials and other landscaping in the Park.
Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey & Philadelphia will be on-site to collect donations during the event, and will also be available to leave any unsold items at the conclusion of the Yard Sale. Goodwill will also collect TV's and computers which they recycle as a component of their job-training initiatives.
