SHOP RITE OF MEDFORD PRESENTS THE MEDFORD ART, WINE & MUSIC FESTIVAL 2016
Featuring the MEDFORD "WINE & SHINE" CAR SHOW
Main Street in Medford Village
Sunday, June 12th, 2016 11AM - 4PM
Medford Village's flower lined Main Street will be ready to
welcome the thousands of visitors who come to enjoy the festivities as
the annual Art, Wine & Music Festival returns to mark the start of
summer on Sunday afternoon, June 12th, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Tents filled with fine arts, colorful crafts, fine wine, craft beer and
good food will be on hand as several South Jersey wineries and a local
brewery will be interspersed between the arts and crafts booths and
local bands will play music throughout the afternoon.
The whole family will be able to enjoy the activities throughout the
day. This year an even larger collection of prize classic autos from the
Medford Lakes Corvette Club will occupy south Main Street for a full
Car Show. More than 8,000 visitors are expected to attend this annual
event presented by the Medford Business Association, the Medford
Arts Center, and ShopRite of Medford.
The festival, which grows in size each year will host more than 60
artists, photographers and crafters from throughout New Jersey and
Southeastern Pennsylvania, gathering to show their treasures
including beautiful paintings and art, pottery, handcrafted jewelry,
glass, wood and fabric creations.
Several musical groups including Lost in Brunswick, M Town Jazz and
Wood Sounds will be located on porches up and down Main Street,
providing live music from rock to pop to bluegrass and folk tunes.
Featured bands include Lost in Brunswick, Branin Road, M-Town Jazz
Jam, Mike Kaufman, Ted Trump, and more.
Main Street merchants will be offering their best products and
services including many planning "festival-only specials" for the day.
A variety of food will be available along the street. Braddock's
Restaurant, ITA101 and The Pop Shop will be open along with food
vendors featuring salads and wraps, hot dogs, burgers, barbeque,
kettle corn and ice cream will be available.
Also Medford's two new breweries on Main St, Lower Forge and The
Nale House will be open and sampling their finest at the festival!
Handicapped parking will be available in the Cranberry Hall parking lot
(enter from Branch Street) or the public lot behind the Stagecoach
Stop (enter from west end of Union Street), as well as other Village
parking lots nearby.
There is no cost to attend the Festival, and wristbands to sample the
wines and beer are still just $10 per person again this year. They will
be available at the information booths at the north end of Main Street
and at the main intersection of Main & Bank Sts.
This is a rain or shine event. Please visit
