Governor Christie signed Bill S-685/A-4306 on August 10, 2015, which changes part of the Vote by Mail law.
The Bill reduces the number of voters for whom a person can act as messenger or bearer, to three voters per election. Previously the law allowed a person to act as messenger for up to 10 voters per election.
Unfortunately, this change requires all previous versions of Vote by Mail applications to be destroyed as they are now obsolete. The new application can be found HERE.
