Medford Township has a long tradition of honoring and supporting Veterans.  Medford hosts an annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony, a 9/11 Observance, and a Veterans Day Ceremony.

Veterans Monuments are located next to the Medford Memorial Community Center at 21 South Main Street (in photo); and Freedom Park at 86 Union Street hosts our 9/11 Memorial, as well as a WWI, WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and a Monument in honor of those lost in wars and conflicts post-Vietnam. A Battle Cross statue was also dedicated in the Freedom Park Memorial area.

Several cemeteries in the Township serve as the final resting place of soldiers dating to the Civil War.

Medford's Blue Star Memorial is located on Route 70 near the intersection of Chairville Road, and is maintained by the Pinelands Garden Club of Medford.

The Township also participates in all Tax relief programs offered by the State of NJ.  Click here for our Tax Collector's Office for more information.
