Saturday, September 17th
12:00 noon - 5:00 pm
Freedom Park, 86 Union Street
(Raindate: Sunday, September 18th)

to delicatessens. Some of their most renowned chefs will present cooking
demonstrations throughout the afternoon. Live bands, headlined by Bluesbox,
will keep people stepping with jazz tunes, bluegrass and contemporary
music. Youngsters from Silver's Karate Studio will entertain at the
stage between sets. Other attractions will include hayrides by Johnson's
Corner Farm, children's games, bounces and other activities, antique
farm equipment and a corn-eating contest guaranteed to create fun for
all observers. Keepsake wristbands, serving as admission passes for
"A Taste of Medford" can be purchased in advance at the Medford
Recreation Department or at Bain's Deli, 11 South Main Street. The advance
cost is $10 adults, $5 children (ages 3-12) or $25 for a family four-pack.
