Bidding Opportunity for the Rehabilitation of Well #14 in Medford Township

The Township of Medford will be accepting sealed bids until 11:00 AM prevailing time on December 13, 2018 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the office of the Township Manager at 17 North Main Street, Medford, New Jersey.

The proposed work includes the rehabilitation of Well No. 14 and all related appurtenances.  Well No. 14 is a Mount Laurel Wenonah aquifer well and was installed in 1993 to a total depth of 221 feet with a 8'x12" diameter.

Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents for the proposed work, prepared by Environmental Resolutions, Inc., Consulting Engineers, have been filed in the Office of the Township Engineer at 815 East Gate Drive - Suite 103, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054, an may be inspected by prospective bidders during normal business hours.

Bidders may obtain copies of the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents from the above office upon payment of Fifty dollars ($50.00). Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions Inc.  The payment for contract documents is non-refundable.  If contract documents are to be mailed, there is an additional $10.00 fee for postage.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the New Jersey Public Contracts Law, New Jersey Local Unit Pay to Play Law, and Local Ordinances, request for proposals will be received by the Municipal Clerk’s Office of the Township of Medford, Burlington County, New Jersey.  Proposals must be made in the manner designated in the specifications.

The Township of Medford is seeking request for proposals for professional services for the following positions:

  • Utility Instrumentation Programming Engineer
