Commissions and Advisory Boards

Architectural Advisory Board	1st Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., Public Safety Building. The purpose of this board is to assist the Planning & Zoning Boards in an advisory capacity on matters including but not limited to architecture design and aesthetic considerations.
Cultural Arts Commission Email us at: culturalarts@medfordtownship.com	1st Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., Medford Arts Center This board shall advise the Council & Manager with respect to engaging and encouraging cultural and artistic exhibitions, events and all related activities.
Environmental & Open Space Advisory Commission	2^nd Monday, 7:00 p.m.,Public Safety/Municipal Court, 91 Union Street The purpose of this board is to research into the use and possible use of the open land areas of the Township and keep an index of all open areas, publicly or privately owned.
Historical Advisory Board	2^nd Monday, 7:00 p.m., Cranberry Hall This board shall advise with the Council, Planning Board and or Zoning Board with respect to development and preservation of the historic areas of Medford Township.
Homeowner's Association Advisory Board	^3rd Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., Public Safety Building February, April, June, Sept. & Nov. only The purpose of this board is to facilitate and encourage communication between the Township and the colony clubs and/or homeowners' associations.
Planning Board	4^th Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.Workshop, 7:30 p.m. Regular Agenda, Public Safety Building.
Recreation Advisory Board	3^rd Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. Cranberry Hall The purpose of this board is to advise the Council & Manager with respect to recreational policies, programs and activities within the Township.
Senior Advisory Board	1st Thursday, 4:00 p.m. Cranberry Hall The purpose of this board is to research and recommend to the Council measures to meet the needs of the senior citizens of the Township.
Shade Tree Advisory Board	3^rd Thursday, 7:00 p.m., Municipal Center Conference Room This board advises with respect to the selection, planting, care, culture, trimming and development of shade trees in the Township.
Economic Development Commission	4th Monday, 7:30 p.m., Public Safety Building The purpose of this Commission is to assist the Council in the development and maintenance of a positive business environment in the community.
Zoning Board	3^rd Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., Public Safety Building
Medford Community Partnership Committee for People with Disabilities	2nd Thursday of March, June, September and December 8:30 a.m. at Cranberry Hall
